and/or your realtor on a walk through of your home and provide a
profesional list of recommendations to best stage your home for a quick
profitable sale. You may utilize the list to make the necessary changes to
stage your home yourself.
Complete in home staging service
Lasting Impressions will provide a complete service to get your home
ready for sale. By utilizing the recommended checklist, the distraction
of personal items will be eliminated along with excess "clutter" and
furniture. Sometimes, fresh new items are added, along with a new
flowing furniture placement and neutral color scheme to achieve the
"optimal" live in feeling. This complete service can be provided on a
per room, for the entire house or an hourly basis.
